The registration fee includes

Registration process

On-line registration form and abstract submission will open on March 1, 2025.

Registration must be accompanied by payment of the conference fee. The conference fee can be paid preferably on-line by credit card or by bank transfer. The payment link and the instructions for the bank transfer are sent in the registration confirmation e-mail.

All payments should be made in Euro (EUR, €).

The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail within 2 weeks after the payment.

Cancellation policy
  • Cancellation of a registration received until August 10, 2025 – an administration fee of 20 % will be charged.
  • Cancellation of a registration received after August 10, 2025 – no refund of registration fee will be granted.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail only (argonautes@img.cas.cz) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Abstracts

Instructions
  • All abstracts must be submitted only via the on-line Abstract Submission form (link is sent by e-mail after the participant registration). Abstracts submitted by e-mail or other means will not be accepted.
  • The abstract must be submitted in English.
  • The authors are responsible for the content and the language quality of the abstract.
  • Authors will be notified about the delivery of their abstract by e-mail immediately.
  • Please select the desired presentation form for your abstract (poster, oral presentation). However be aware, that the organizer reserves the right to decide on the definitive type of presentation after abstract evaluation.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the international advisory scientific committee for oral or poster presentation.
Publication of abstracts

The authors of submitted abstracts agree with publication of their abstracts (without further reviewing) in the Abstract Book (electronic version) to be distributed to all participants at the conference.

Deadlines
  • Oral presentation – the deadline for abstract submission is June 30, 2025.
  • The authors of abstracts selected for talks will be notified by July 15, 2025.
  • Poster presentation – the deadline for abstract submission is July 31, 2025.
  • Invited speaker – please submit your abstract before July 15, 2025.

Please note that abstracts submitted after July 31, 2025 will not be included in the official Abstract Book.
